September Equinox Meditation 2021
I hope the creation of my Equinox Grid will inspire you to join with me on September 22/23 from wherever you are in the world. Let’s celebrate together, this opportunity to harness the celestial energies flooding through the open cosmic gateway, and hold the intention of raising the vibration of every human being on our beautiful Planet.
Many of you will have your own ritual planned for the day, but for those who need some guidance, here is a suggestion of how you might proceed:
– Cleanse your body and mind by immersing yourself in water…under the shower or in the waters of the ocean, river or stream.
– Cleanse your meditation space. You can do this by smudging with sage; using high frequency sound such as crystal bowls, tuning forks of the Sounds of Sirius; or simply envision pure White Light or the Violet transmuting Flame of St Germain, sweeping through every nook and cranny.
– Anoint your body with a sacred oils such as Frankincense. If you don’t have the physical oil, call in its essence energetically.
– Anchor yourself into your body by breathing deeply and rhythmically – in through your nose, out through your mouth.
– When you feel ready, call in your Angels, Guides, and Ascended Masters, asking them for their guidance and protection.
– Call in the other 4 elements – Fire, Earth, Air and Ether, and the Guardians of the Four Directions – North, South, East and West, to bring both your internal and external space into perfect balance.
– See yourself now encased inside a Pillar of Golden Light that connects you to the Heart of the Earth and the Heart of the Sky. You are a conduit – a living bridge linking Mother Earth to the centre of the Cosmos.
– Turn your attention now to the beautiful Lapis Source Stone crystalline heart at the centre of the Pyramidal Crystal Grid. At the centre of this heart sits the crystal skull ‘Seraphim’ who carries the frequency of the Angelic realms. Send a shaft of Love from your heart to ‘Seraphim’ and feel her Love return to you. Keep pouring Love from your heart to her, until you see her illuminated with pulsating, radiating Light. Feel your heart pulsating in rhythm with Seraphim’s pulsating Light until you become as one.
– Our Sacred Heart is the most powerful organ in our bodies – way more powerful than our brains. Let’s use that to our advantage at the is critical time. With every fibre of your being, know that your Hearts frequency has the power to transform….to manifest…to move mountains.
– Imagine now, hundreds…thousands…indeed millions of pure-hearted souls like you from every corner of the globe, also pouring their Love towards ‘Seraphim’ in this moment, until suddenly, the entire Pryamidal Grid begins to hum, and then spin with the power of the energy.
– As the Grid spins ever more rapidly, its Light expands and expands and until it engulfs you. Feel yourself lifted up and cocooned in this cosmic Light. Feel yourself cleansed, purified and energised by it. Feel your vibration shift to a higher, exquisitely finer frequency, and know that this change is taking place within you at the deepest cellular level.
– From this place of all-consuming, pulsating, Loving Light, with your Sacred Heart wide open, send your unconditional Love and Compassion out to every single human being on the Planet, including and particularly all levels of government, law enforcement, the medical professions and all those in positions of control and authority. Ask that the knowledge, wisdom and uncompromising truth of the Great Masters infuse and inform their every intention, decision and action, for the upliftment and well-being of all those they serve.
– Surrender yourself fully to the beautiful all-encompassing Light. Allow yourself to be guided by your Unseen Friends to whatever it is you need to experience in this moment. Remain in the energy for as long as you are called to.
