Journey of Love – Rivers of Cosmic Light ~ 2018

Tour Reservation Agreement
By acceptance of the terms herein the attendee agrees that Journey of Love – Rivers of Cosmic Light Tour Operators, Stephanie Phelps and Lia Scallon, and any guides/ presenters/ ground operators, shall not be nor become liable or responsible for any delays, departures, or arrival, loss, death, damage or injury to person or property or accident, mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connection with accommodations, transportation, or other services, or for any additional expenses, occasioned thereby.

Responsibility Clause:
Journey of Love acts as a tour operator. The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations for the tour program are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Journey of Love. All coupons, receipts, and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by suppliers. By utilizing the service of the suppliers, you agree that Journey of Love – Rivers of Cosmic Light will not be liable for any change in schedule, strikes, delay, acts of governments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control, including defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, thefts, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary for any act, omission, or event during the time you are on board the aircraft.

Neither Journey of Love and/or agents of the airlines concerned are to be held responsible for the late arrival of passengers at airports or resorts due to inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for payment or any refund for unused hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries.

Journey of Love and suppliers contracted for services reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operations of a tour, or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers. Journey of Love, its agents, and suppliers shall be under no liability to any such person for refund, compensation, repatriation or any other matters arising. Journey of Love is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control. Trip cancellations resulting from the inability for trip to depart as scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, war, God, or nature.

Tour Cancellation By Operator:
Please be clearly advised of the possibility that departure may be cancelled due to lack of participation. In such case, the operator’s sole responsibility is to provide a full refund. Journey of Love is not responsible for conjunction tickets (not purchased from Journey of Love). The operator will have no responsibility for conjunction tickets, non-refundable or otherwise, purchased directly from Journey of Love or from and outside source. Cancellations due to state travel advisories and/or state travel warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster or any other circumstance outside the control of Journey of Love, are not the fault of Journey of Love. Cancellation for any of these reasons will not be eligible for any form of refund.

By forwarding final payment the participant certifies that he or she has no physical, mental or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers, and accepts the terms of the Journey of Love – Rivers of Cosmic Light as advertised.

No revisions of the printed itinerary or its included features are anticipated, however, the right is reserved to make changes that might become necessary, with or without notice.

Cancellation Policy
A non- refundable deposit of USD$500 is required to confirm booking. *Balance of tour payment due by February 8^th 2018

Cancellation before February 8^th – Payment refunded, minus the USD $500 Non-Refundable deposit.

Cancellation between February 8^th and trip commencement – No refund given.

(Hotels, Guides, Coach Co etc require full payment at least two months in advance of arrival.) 

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if minimum numbers are not reached, in which case your deposit and/or tour payment will be refunded in full.

Trip cancellation insurance is always strongly recommended when making travel plans.

NB purchasing Flight insurance does not cover the tour itself!

Currency Exchange Rates:
The currency of payment for ‘Journey of Love – Rivers of Cosmic Light 2017’ tour is USD$$. Any and all refunds will therefore be issued in the currency of purchase, USD$$.

Roommates
Registration will be held open until 30 days before the departure date in order to try to match everyone with a roommate. If by close of registration we have been unable to match you with a suitable person, you will be responsible for paying the single room supplement surcharge.

By signing up for the ‘Journey of Love – Rivers of Cosmic Light’ tour, I agree that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the ‘Journey of Love – Rivers of Cosmic Light’ 2018 Agreement as specified herein.
